You can agree to the following terms to get access for the form.

USER AGREEMENT

  • By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
  • I will not be held resposible for any misconception if you do not read my TOS thoroughly.
  • Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.
  • These TOS can be updated and apply equally to any previous and non-previous customers.

GENERAL

  • I don´t allow my art to be used for AI purposes/ NFT usage is forbidden.
  • You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.
  • You may not claim my work as your own.
  • You are NOT authorized to change, modify or edit my works.
  • Once it is finished I will send you the requested files via Google Drive link or E-Mail.
  • You, the Client, are responsible for saving any information, L2D Model file, and other digital data I provide.
  • Please do not share the file with third parties unless otherwise discussed beforehand.
  • I will always be able to post wips and previews of your commission; if you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process (for example if you are a Vtuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut).
  • A fee will be applied for the privacy request, this is because I lose out on my chance to display my current skills for potential customers.
  • I can change my prices without notice even if you have a slot reserved on my waitlist.

PAYMENT

  • I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit, depending on the complexity of your request.
  • Payments cn be made through:-
  • PAYPAL
  • VENMO
  • CASH APP
  • GOOGLE PAY
  • APPLE PAY
  • PAYMENT APPLICATION FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN MY BASE PRICES.
  • All the prices will be converted in dollars ($) when I will send the invoice.
  • Rush fees are at least + 30% of the commission. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.
  • I will give you an estimated delivery time, but it can be variable due to workload and personal life, if you want a rush order, It will cost extra.
  • If there are plans to use the model for business purposes (this applies to a company or a talent agency commission), the price will be adjusted according to the scale of the project, generally minimum 2x the total price.
  • If you plan to commission further outfits in the future for a Vtuber model and want the base of the body clean, you will need to specify this first and the price will be different.
  • No refunds or chargeback to my accounts possible, also applies to deposit or payment plans.
  • Paying for anything means the commissioner acknowledge and accepts these terms and conditions.

PAYMENT PLANS

  • Payment plans are accepted only if the amount is substantial or to hold a spot, paying the half.
  • The sum of each installment as well as the time period will be discussed and documented beforehand.
  • You are expected to continuously pay said installments without being reminded until everything of the total sum is covered.
  • If we agree on a payment plan (of any kind, even half/half), after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit .

COMMERCIAL WORKS

  • The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted our artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, etc).
  • For normal illustrations the price for Commercial Use needs to be discussed, the minimum price increase 50% of the original price, meaning half of the original price. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.
  • Royalties are also an option and can be discussed.

COPYRIGHT / CREDITS

  • I have the right to sign or watermark my own work when posted on my website and social media.
  • I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Credit to me, the Artist, is required when you publicly use your Model, or your commission in general.
  • I will hold every rights of the drawing so you may use it only for private purposes (if not commercial), such as repost it, but you must credit me.
  • I may use the art you’ve commissioned me on my website or portfolio.
  • You have to credit me as the creator of the commissioned art, in your bio and when you repost the work.
  • Yamato is an officially registered trademark and art name therefore enjoys commercial and legal coverage.
